Yoga Therapy
If you are thinking about taking some time to develop your own practice, a good way to begin is to invest in some focused time for some more personal attention. This begins with a pre-assessment where we make a plan. I am a qualified Yoga Therapist (British Council for Yoga Therapists) and work with you in a person centred way using movement, mindfulness, relaxation and breathwork to enable you to stress less. I work with you to suit your needs to help manage underlying conditions and symptoms in addition to treatment from your healthcare provider.
